Report a Leak
We rely on our customers to be the "eyes and ears" of East Pasadena
Water Company. Because we cannot be on every street in our system
every day, we appreciate it when you call and report any leaks you
may see.
Leaks can be spotted if there is standing water in an area that is
usually dry, such as the middle of the street or near a fire
hydrant.
Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

answering service and is for emergencies only. Personnel at this
number cannot accept orders to turn service on or off or make

The emergency after-hours number can also be used if you have an
after-hours water emergency at your residence or place of business.
If you are making normal repairs, and cannot locate your shut-off
valve, please call during regular business hours and we will be
happy to schedule an appointment.
