Our rates are structured by the California Public Utilities Commission. You can find our current rates here.
Guarantor Form
If you are a landlord and wish to have your renter pay the water account in his/her name, you will need to complete a Guarantor Form. Click here for a copy of the form. The completed form can be returned to us via e-mail, fax, U.S. mail or you can bring it into our office. We will not put service into a tenant's name without the completed Guarantor Form.
